⟡ TERMS OF SERVICE ⟡

GENERAL INFO
❖ By commissioning me, you have automatically accepted and agreed upon all my Terms of Service as stated on this page and must oblige to follow them. Failure to do so will result in you getting blacklisted from my future commissions.
❖ Clients will receive a full digital resolution file of the commission only.
❖ Clients who have finished their payment earlier will be prioritized in finishing the commission.
❖ I will not accept commissions with strict/short deadlines that requires me to rush in finishing (for now).
Every commissions will usually take 1-3 months to complete (may be faster) depending on my schedule and condition, which i will inform it to you. There is no additional fee to speed up the deadline, since I do prioritize the quality of the commission results more, so please be patient.
❖ I have the right to refuse/decline/cancel the commission application beforehand if i feel that i'm unable to deliver the result according to your expectation.
❖ Visual references and detailed descriptions + moodboards must be provided by the client for me to start the commission even if its for designing the character.
❖ I don't allow any of my commission works to be used by clients for advertising or profits associated with NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrency, AI programs or future inventions of the subject.DO's & DON'Ts

The Clients:
❖ All commissions are for personal use only, unless you already paid for the commercial price or commissioned from the Twitch Assets types.
❖ Please kindly and properly credit me by tagging my username if you use/post the commissioned piece publicly. (IG: @sylpherist.art / Twitter: @sylpherist / Twitch: sylpherist)
❖ Any act of tracing / copying / editing / redistributing / profits / claiming the commissioned piece are not allowed without my permission or as agreed upon prior to starting the commission.I as the Artist:
❖ Reserve the rights to use the commissioned works for online advertising and professional portfolio sample purposes.
❖ Am allowed to post the commissions on my social media, unless otherwise agreed upon (with a clarification that it’s a commission, but please do tell me if you don't want it to be posted).
❖ Retain and own all rights to reproduce and redistribute them as merch if its considered as a Fanarts commissioned piece.PRIVACY SAFETY
❖ Disclosing any of my personal information found in the transaction process are strictly prohibited, or else legal action will be taken.
❖ Information about the clients will be kept confidential from everyone until the client says otherwise.COMMISSIONS WORKFLOW
1. DM me on my Insta/Twitter to ask for a slot.
Then send in the Commission Form to my email or we can discuss it via DM instead.
(You can find the full info located in the Ordering Process section below).
2. Payment.
After the upfront payment is received, i will start working on your commission.
3. Sketch Stage + First Revision.
I will draw the sketch based on your given references and send you the first progress via email/socmed. On this stage, you will be able to review/approve and are allowed to ask for 1x major changes.
4. Progression + Last Revision.
Progress steps: Final Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Finishing/Rendering. On this stage, i will keep you updated with the progress via email/socmed. You will also be able to ask for 1x minor changes.
5. Commission finished, thank you!
At the end of the commission progress, you will receive high resolution PNG files (with & without watermark) delivered to your submitted email address.PAYMENT
❖ Strictly no refunds are allowed after you have paid for the commission.
❖ +$3 Paypal fee for Payment Checkout
❖ All international payment will be done via Paypal or StreamElements Tipping (International), with USD currency.
Locals (Indonesian) may do the payment via any Indonesian local banks.
❖ After i accept the commission application, clients will receive confirmation message via email/socmed DM and be expected to fully complete the payment upfront within a few days of the invoice delivery.
❖ If the client failed to pay within the time limit, the commission will be cancelled. Therefore, please be sure to have all required funds for your commission before ordering.
❖ After all payments are completed, i will then start working on the commission.

✦ You will only have 1x major revision chance at the beginning of Sketch Stage and 1x minor revision chance at the Coloring Stage, so please use it wisely.
✦ The working progress will be updated to you regularly via email.
✦ At the end of the commission you will then receive the result in full digital resolution files (with & without watermark versions) sent to your email.
